Carol DunahooCarol Dunahoo is a partner in the Washington, DC office of Baker & McKenzie LLP, where she specializes in dispute resolution, policy, and compliance on transfer pricing, tax treaty, and other matters. Prior to joining Baker & McKenzie, Ms. Dunahoo served as director, International and US Competent Authority at the US Internal Revenue Service, where she led international tax administration efforts and was responsible for the interpretation and application of treaties. Earlier, Ms. Dunahoo served as US Treasury Department associate international tax counsel, where she negotiated treaties and worked on guidance, legislation, and litigation. She also previously advised and represented multinational clients at a Big 4 firm in Washington and at Washington and New York law firms. Ms. Dunahoo has been named a leading advisor in Chambers USA, International Tax Review Guide to the World’s Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors, Euromoney Guide to World's Leading Women in Business Law, and The Best Lawyers in America. Ms. Dunahoo holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA summa cum laude from Yale College.
